I would give Temp’s 50 stars if I could! After moving into our new home we had one issue after another with the “brand new” HVAC unit. After multiple “repairs” from the original installer and another company, we were beyond frustrated! A friend recommended Temp’s to us, so we decided to given them a try…what an AMAZING experience from the first phone call until the installation of our new unit! I don’t hesitate to recommend Temp’s to anyone as I have had nothing but the BEST service from Ethan and his crew! Thank you Temp’s for taking such great care of us!
My a/c didn’t seem to be cooling the upstairs so I called Ethan. He checked the unit and found it to be working properly. To say he went the extra mile is an understatement. He went into my walk out attic and climbed ABOVE it it see what it looked like. The next thing I heard was “I know what your problem is, there’s no insulation in your 2nd story ceiling”!!!! I’d built this house probably 5 yrs before and all this time it wasn’t cooling properly. He took pictures. I called my builder. They sent the insulation company back to my house to fix it free of charge of course. Ethan saved me a LOT of money and misery. 100/10
